GrowthWheel is a toolbox for one-to-one business consulting that is geared towards business advisors helping with decision making and action planning for startup and growth companies. The GrowthWheel Framework breaks down the four challenges of Business Concept, Customer Relations, Organization, and Operations into 20 Focus Areas.
